When submitting your inquiry, you may choose to create an account for the website automatically. This account will keep your inquiry history.
You can request to remove your account if you will not use it in the future.
Pricing and Payment
During the step-by-step procedure of submitting you inquiry, you may see some price estimations on the web page. We do our best to give accurate estimations, however we do not guarantee the price displayed in inquiry submitting procedure will be the final price. Only the price listed in our quote (price offer after we manually review your inquiry) will be the actual price, and also that price has 48 hours valid time window. The actual price will be permanently secured when you agree on the quote within the valid time window and pay the proforma invoice within another 72 hours.
We do not take any obligation before the proforma invoice of an order is paid.
Invoicing and VAT
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with links to track your package and to download a printable invoice (in PDF format).
We (Dun Cat B.V.) are VAT registered and we charge VAT from customers in EU countries. The VAT rate we charge will be the VAT rate in customer’s shipping country. You will see our VAT number (NL862514460B01) on the invoice. If you are also VAT registered in EU, you can provide us your VAT ID, so we can flag you as VAT exempt. Please notice that VAT exempt doesn’t apply to customers in the Netherlands.
Shipping
We ship orders worldwide.
If you are located in a country in European Union, you won’t be charged for any custom fee, otherwise you are responsible for any fees required by your country for importing consumer goods.
If your country is not in European Union, there is no way for us (the shipper) to predict your country’s custom fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country’s courier may charge you. There are some online services that could estimate the duty/taxes, although they’re not 100% accurate, they might be helpful (for example, this duty/tax calculator). Print your email receipt on paper, as you may need to send a copy to your customs office or the courier. If you do not pay the required fee – we cannot issue you any refund.
If your order is shipped via UPS or DHL, you will find tracking information from our email after the order is shipped. Please mind the estimated delivery date and track it from time to time, to maximize the chance to receive your package at the first delivery attempt. If you were not at your shipping address at the first attempt of delivery, UPS/DHL may make second or even third attempt, or deposit the package in UPS/DHL Access Point nearby and request you to pick it up, and UPS/DHL in different countries may choose different methods. So please do track your package from time to time to see what’s happening on it.
Cancelling Order
After you accept our quote (price offer) and pay the proforma invoice, we will start purchasing the parts and proceed the manufacturing. The order can not be cancelled from this point.
