PCB Information:
PCB (Printed Circuit Board) can be designed with different EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools (e.g. Altium, KiCAD, PADS, Allegro, Eagle etc.). All these tools allow you to export the PCB design to Gerber files, which are essential for PCB production. On this page you can upload your Gerber files (as zipped archieve) to preview the PCB and also specify the parameters for PCB production.
We can help you to design the product, and you will receive:
- The schematic of the product.
- The BOM (bill of materials) file.
- The gerber files for PCB production.
- A working prototype (the circuit board).

BOM Information:
BOM (bill of materials) is a list of components that will be placed on your PCB. All EDA tools can export the BOM file for your design, and it is usually in CSV or xlst format.
In this step we need these information from your BOM to calculate the price of purchasing required components:
- Part number or information to find the component
- Component's package type (e.g. 0805 for resistors)
- Quantity of each kind of component

Component Locations:
All EDA tools can export the PnP (pick and place) file, which contains the lications of all components. This file will be used to configure the pick and place machine(s) to properly place the components on PCB. The PnP file usually cotains these information:
- Designator of the component (e.g. R1)
- Coordinate of the center of component
- Rotation of the componet
- Layer the component belongs to (e.g. Top or Bottom)

Your PCBs will go trough automated optical inspection (AOI) and those visible defects will be addressed and fixed without letting you know. We can also do functional tests on your assembled PCBs, and that can make sure the boards are functioning well before you have them on hand.
If your board has BGA(s) on it, it is strongly recommended to provide a testing plan, to make sure the BGA(s) are well soldered and functional.
We encourage our customers to provide a testing plan (can be very a simple one) to cover the most important functionalities of the board. If the test cases are rather complex, we may implement a specialized test equipment to serve that purpose.

We will ship products to you from our warehouse in the Netherlands. If you want, you may keep (partial of) your products in our warehouse, and we can then work as your order fulfil center. Your customer order the product from you, and you notify us to ship the product to your customer. This will be a good solution when your customers are in EU countries, while you are not.
Reminder: you will need to register for NL VAT to have products stored in our warehouse in the Netherlands.
